Our food quality improvers PROFECT series is a protein material made by modifying wheat protein. It is designed to maintain colour integrity, reduce production failures, stabilize food quality, and enhance production line efficiency. We have developed advanced protein modification technology for these improvers, utilizing a range of ingredients such as polysaccharides, fats, oils, and reducing sugars. They have unique features to improve moisture retention and extensibility of wheat flour dough. Adding hardness and viscoelasticity to noodles. Making wheat flour dough soft and hard to cut, and improves extensibility. It suppresses shrinkage after stretching the fabric and improves the yield.
2. Food Quality Improvers for Frozen Food
